Born in a
Liverpool
chippy.

Spicey was born behind the fryer at Salt & Vinegar Chippy in Liverpool. Head chef and co-owner Joe Zhang had been quietly tinkering with a house seasoning, a blend that turned regulars into evangelists and made chips disappear faster than they could come out of the basket.

Word travelled. Customers started asking for jars to take home. Joe teamed up with medical doctor and serial entrepreneur Dr Shan, and together they set out to bottle that chippy-shop magic properly, with whole spices and zero shortcuts.

Spicey is the result: the unmistakable taste of a great Friday night in, packed for kitchens across the UK.
